A native of Tatarstan, Russia, Elvira Misbakhova received her doctorate in music performance from the Université de Montréal. She is the principal violist of the Orchestre Metropolitain and is involved in many musical projects ranging from solo to orchestral and chamber ensembles. All whilst raising two talented daughters, who are the center of her world.
